6月28日下午，晉江市召開(kāi)“兩優(yōu)一先”表彰大會(huì)，慶祝中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立103周年，表彰在各條戰(zhàn)線上作出突出貢獻(xiàn)和取得優(yōu)異成績(jī)的優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、優(yōu)秀黨務(wù)工作者、先進(jìn)基層黨組織。泉州市委常委、晉江市委書(shū)記張文賢出席并講話。晉江市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)王明元主持。晉江市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)林仁達(dá)、吳志樸、黃天凱、李志強(qiáng)、陳友愛(ài)、莊懷璇、付祥出席。
